About the role
The Project Support Officer will play a key part in the development and implementation of the online booking system, through collating data for product specifications, supporting communications, and coordinating activities with the project team, including engagement with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of the project.
- Liaise with the solution provider to support configuration, testing and issue resolution.
- Engage with PWS staff to gather and clarify requirements, support stakeholder and staff presentations, prepare updates and facilitate training and onboarding.
- Prepare and co-ordinate project documentation, including schedules, reports and risk registers.
- Fixed-term, full-time position for 2 years.

- Experience in providing contemporary project management support (including scheduling, tracking, reporting).
- Highly skilled in preparing reports, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
