The Team
The Role
Therapists work within the Diversional Therapy Team at Central Coast Day Centre to support individuals to maintain wellness in a social environment. The focus of the centre is working with clients to develop and provide client focused activates, social engagement and bus outings to enhance the client's wellbeing and social connection.
The Diversional Therapy Team provide supervision, support and activities to clients, set out in a monthly programme to ensure clients achieve their wellness goals in a positive environment.
You will need
Strong desire to work with community clients in a social environment
Be adaptable and team focused
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn computer systems required for the position

Details of appointment
Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 30 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of twelve months.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary
$70,033 to $75,114 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025.

Eligibility

- Diploma Community Services (Leisure & Lifestyle) or relevant qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence
