The Team
Women’s and Children’s Services delivering essential care to women, infants, children, and families across Tasmania. The team includes clinicians, nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, and administrative staff who work collaboratively to support safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
The Role
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and confidential support to senior leaders within Women’s and Children’s Services. You will work closely with clinicians and operational staff to ensure the smooth running of the office, accurate data management, and efficient coordination of daily activities.
Key responsibilities include:

Office Coordination: Managing workflows, communication, and efficient and confidential operations of the office.

Data & Records Management: Maintaining accurate information, developing innovative filing systems, and ensuring compliance with health information standards.

IT Systems Proficiency: Using Microsoft 365, digital platforms, and clinical information systems to support reporting and administration.

Team Collaboration: Working effectively with clinicians and administrative colleagues is essential to supporting service delivery.

Details of appointment
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join us!
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary
$76,849 to $82,996 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025.
