Job description:
Supervise the operations, logistics systems and staff of the state-wide DPFEM Logistics and Supply Centre.

Duties
- Plan, supervise and manage all operations of the DPFEM Logistics and Supply Centre; including supervision of the stores/logistics systems, inventory distribution and logistics functions of ordering, receipt, warehousing, distribution, stock control, disposal and IT systems operation as they relate to the area.
- Supervise, provide guidance and support staff in the Logistics and Supply Centre, including taking client complaints and maintaining a safe working environment for DPFEM staff and site visitors.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of data of the functions, such as stock levels, inventory and ordering schedules, to inform procurement processes, the management of existing contract services and reports for senior managers within various operational and support areas.
- Maintain the Technology1 inventory system, the logistics and requisition systems to support Procurement and Supply activities, coordinate and maintain the distribution of stock and supplies on a state-wide level and ensure the Store operates effectively.
