The Team

Join a dedicated and highly supportive multidisciplinary team working with young people to support reengagement in years 11-12. As a Youth Worker in the Back on Track team, you’ll build meaningful relationships with young people who are disengaged from education, helping them navigate barriers, reconnect with learning, training or employment pathways, and take positive steps toward independence and future success.
