About the role

The purpose of the role is to manage the field centre operations and resources for the conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural resources.

Hours per fortnight

76.0 hours per fortnight (minimum 60.8 hours, by negotiation).

Essential requirements

  • A Diploma in Conservation and Land Management or other qualifications deemed equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in reserve management or equivalent experience.
  • A Workplace Level 2 First Aid Certificate.

Desirable requirements

  • A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
  • Experience in Geo-conservation principles and Karst management practices.
  • Highly developed engagement and communication skills.
