Duties
- Lead, plan and manage business systems development initiatives and opportunities to contemporise corporate service delivery.
- Research, design and develop a strategic program to support the continuous improvement of enterprise business systems with accompanying budget estimates and options.
- Prepare complex, high-quality reports, proposals, briefings and submissions, business cases, implementation plans, communication strategies and relevant controls including appropriate governance arrangements.
- Support BES Directors and managers to plan and deliver agreed business priorities as they relate to business systems development.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with DPFEM stakeholders and align activities with DPFEM strategic priorities.
- Assist the Director, Finance and Business Systems Transformation with the implementation of a continuous program of business and systems improvement.
- Manage interdependencies and coordination across separate but related initiatives where the deliverables and interests intersect.
- Provide leadership on a range of program activities and liaise with stakeholders including contractors using collaborative processes to provide accurate advice, propose solutions and reasoned recommendations on implementation issues and risks.

Desirable Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, equivalent high-level experience is highly desirable
