The Team

The role manages the operations of the Student Residence North West Region and supports a team of student residence staff including a youth worker and supervisors. The role also works extensively with relevant student wellbeing and leadership teams.

About the Role

This position is located at Student Residence, North West Region

Manage the day-to-day operations of a student residence facility, ensuring the delivery of a safe and supported service for years 11 and 12 students living away from home to complete their studies. The role will provide leadership and support to facility staff who are responsible for the engagement, safeguarding, wellbeing, and supervision of residents, subsequently building the self-esteem, resilience, capacity and engagement of all student residents, and ensuring their success in the completion of their studies.
