About the role
As Manager, Operations at the Tasmanian Racing Integrity Commissioner (TasRIC), you will lead the delivery of complex investigations on behalf of the Commissioner and oversee complaints management across the organisation.
- Oversee best-practice case management and complaints processes.
- Manage the complaints and case management system.
- Provide expert advice on investigations, complaints handling, legislation, policy and procedures.
- Supervise the collection, analysis and dissemination of intelligence and investigative information.
This is a permanent position in Hobart working 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours by negotiation).

- Specialised expertise and experience overseeing complex and sensitive complaints and investigations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives while delegating effectively.
- Experience using contemporary data analysis, statistical, and intelligence software packages.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities in a regulatory or investigative environment.
Position requirements

- Current motor vehicle drivers’ licence.
