The Service Transformation and Change business unit leads system reform and continuous improvement across the Child Safety and Youth Justice Operations Portfolio. The unit is responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of complex reform initiatives that strengthen service delivery, improve outcomes for children and young people, and support alignment with Government priorities and Commission of Inquiry intent.

About the Role

The Manager – Child Safety & ARL Service Renewal role provides senior leadership for priority reform and implementation projects, requiring coordination across policy, practice, systems, workforce and change management functions. The role is deployed to lead significant, time limited reform initiatives where disciplined sequencing, risk management and system wide coordination are critical to safe and effective delivery.

c) serious drug offences
d) crimes involving dishonesty
e) serious traffic offences

3 Disciplinary actions in previous employment check
