Hours per fortnight

Full time, 73.50 hours per fortnight. 

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for documentation including drafting routine correspondence, reporting and papers as well as proofreading and formatting of documents and papers.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for Corporation-led meetings, events and functions including organising meetings, preparation of agendas, issuing papers for meetings, taking of minutes and actions, arranging catering and managing travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Corporation such diary management, general correspondence management, phone enquiries management, record keeping and electronic file management.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes.
  • Undertake other administrative and operational duties as required.
