$ 85,196.00 to $ 97,915.00 pro rata, per annum - plus 12.0 % Superannuation

Period of employment / Hours:

Permanent full-time (76.00 hours per fortnight) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

Skills and experience :

Selection criteria includes:

• Well-developed time management skills and the demonstrated ability, both individually and as a member of a team, to plan, organise, set priorities to complete tasks to meet deadlines and achieve established benchmarks and standards.
• Well-developed administrative skills coupled with the capacity to apply initiative and provide recommendations, solutions to modify approaches or adapt to new strategic directions.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including verbal communication skills, and the demonstrated ability to build trust and work collaboratively with Homes Tasmania’s partners to maintain productive relationships.

Desirable Requirements:

•  Current Driver’s Licence.
• Working towards or successful completion of an appropriate course of study from a recognised tertiary institution. 

Essential Requirements:

The Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this job is to satisfy a pre‑employment check before taking up the appointment, on promotion or transfer. The following checks are to be conducted:
