The Role

Provides high-level administrative, payroll, HR and financial support to the Environmental Services management team, ensuring the efficient operation of cleaning, waste management and linen services across health facilities. Responsible for maintaining records and databases, processing timesheets and leave, preparing reports and reconciliations, coordinating staff onboarding and training, supporting meetings and projects, and providing reception and customer service functions. The role also contributes to quality improvement, accreditation, workplace safety and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

You will need

  • Knowledge of administrative financial instruction, policies and legislation associated with accounts receivable and payable, and human resource award interpretation.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of administrative practices and the utilisation of contemporary computer applications together with the ability to research, analyse and interpret information.
  • Demonstrated ability to process data, reconcile reports, prepare payroll documentation, and attend to enquiries within established guidelines.

Details of appointment

Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary

$76,849 to $82,996 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025
