The Team

Mersey Leven Community Nursing and Home Care Service (MLCHN&HCS) operates within a Primary Health framework to deliver nursing and home care services to clients within our catchment area. Our catchment area covers from Ulverstone in the west, to Baker Beach in the East and South to Lorinna and Moina. Clients also receive care in Community Nursing clinics in Devonport and Ulverstone by appointment only. Mersey-Leven Community Health Nursing and Home Care Service is an integrated team who support each other. We are professional and respectful in the workplace.

You will need

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and complete work to a high standard.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks in terms of urgency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as member of a multidisciplinary team.

Details of appointment

  • Permanent part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from 10 August 2026.

*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary

$68,854 to $73,947 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2025
