Job description:

Provide advice and high-level administrative support to Facility Services across a range of activities including fleet and passenger vehicle transport management and compliance services, stakeholder management, and other programs to support the achievement of Branch objectives. Support the delivery of a client focussed service in providing advice to departmental stakeholders around Facility Services programs, fleet and passenger transport vehicle management matters.

Duties

Provide advice and high-level administrative support to Facility Services across a range of activities including fleet and passenger vehicle transport management and compliance services, stakeholder management, and other programs to support the achievement of Branch objectives. Support the delivery of a client focussed service in providing advice to departmental stakeholders around Facility Services programs, fleet and passenger transport vehicle management matters.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing - ASAP Start Date

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

36.75 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

  • A current driver’s license
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive work experience in procurement, facilities management or a related discipline.
