Job description:
Undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support the functions of the Driver Licensing Unit and Graduated Licensing System (GLS).

Period of Appointment
Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) for 12 months.
Duties
- Provide assistance in the daily management of the Plates Plus platform support, GLS inbox and Driver Licensing Unit inbox.
- Undertake processing of applications for interstate and overseas driver licence transfers.
- Processing of Stage 1 medicals (assessment of medical forms, updating the Motor Registry System (MRS), preparation of template letters and arrange file resubmits where necessary).
- Review and analyse driver licence reports to identify review points and inform subsequent actions.
- Processing and electronic filing of Ancillary Certificate application forms and renewal notices.
- Preparation of routine correspondence to clients of the Driver Licensing Unit.
- Provide advice to clients and other stakeholders in an appropriate and client focussed manner.
