Job description:
Manage the Plan Services team and provide specialist technical and policy advice relating to Plan Services activities.
About the role
The Section Manager (Plan Services) will:
- Provide specialist technical and policy advice relating to Plan Services activities.
- Supervise, manage and mentor team members to develop the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Lead enhancement of the quality of outputs of the section pursuing continuous improvement and best practices in activities.
- Be part of digitally transforming the Land Titles Office (LTO).
The Plan Services Section’s major function is to examine plans to determine their appropriateness for land titling purposes.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Desirable requirements
- A tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken.
