Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Provide generalist HR advice and support, including advising management and other staff on matters including recruitment, learning and development, establishment, induction, pay and leave management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, undertake projects and/or research and prepare a range of correspondence, submissions, briefings and reports in a timely manner.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and assist with the investigation and reporting of issues of a complex and/or sensitive nature.
- Undertake and administer the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services. Including candidate management, participating in all elements of the recruitment process, utilising a variety of recruitment and selection tools and preparing all associated documentation.
- Manage a learning and development calendar to meet the annual needs of staff as identified in the Office’s learning and development framework and individual learning and development plans.
- Undertake research, provide recommendations, and draft policy and procedure documentation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and represent the Office on internal and external committees and participate in relevant industry forums, reporting outcomes back to the Office as required along with the provision of recommendations to the Office’s Executive.

Performance is measured against Key Performance Indicators that are developed and agreed to for each role in the Office and documented in annual Performance Plans.

Desirable Requirements
Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
Driver’s Licence.
