Job description:
Provide program and project management delivery and support conservation and natural values programs and projects within the Environment Strategic Business Unit.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to provide program and project management delivery and support conservation and natural values programs and projects within the Environment Strategic Business Unit, including the provision of strategic and practical advice and leadership to deliver the Orange-bellied parrot Program and other priority threatened species projects.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Period of appointment
From April 2025 to April 2026 or until the return of the substantive, whichever is earliest.
Desirable requirements
- A Degree or Advanced Diploma, or equivalent level, in Project Management and Natural Resource Management or science discipline, or equivalent level, relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken, as provided by either a university, a vocational education organisation or a registered and accredited training provider.
- A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
