Job description:

The Client Service Officer will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the branch by providing assistance to customers on matters relating to legislation administered by the Branch.

Period of Appointment

Fixed term for 18 months.

Hours per fortnight

76 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties

  • Provide advice to stakeholders on legislation, policies and procedures relating to licensing, accreditation and registration matters.
  • Undertake assessments of applications for matters relating to the area in a timely manner and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and others within the organisational structure.
  • Undertake other administrative functions as required
  • Provide advice and information through the extraction and analysis of data and produce statistical reports as required.
  • Provide advice and assistant to stakeholders on issues relating to projects, contribute to solutions and assist senior staff as required.

Desirable Requirements

  • A Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
