Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Develop and maintain sound governance and corporate policies, plans, and procedures, including those relating to delegations, decisions, and risk management, to support legal compliance and best practice.
- Maintain oversight of the Finance, Accessibility & Inclusion and Business Design & Improvement team staff and functions.
- Manage TEC property leases, associated services contracts and maintenance programs and other corporate business support issues and functions.
- Manage and support broad HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and induction of TEC staff; staff compliance with compulsory training and annual performance development processes; and be the TEC representative on the DoJ Just as Well Champions group.
- Contribute to the introduction, use and upkeep of a record management system.
- Support the embedding of access and inclusion principles and practices across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve the objectives of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plans.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.
