About you
You will have a solid understanding of payroll and recruitment practices with the context of HR management. Your strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills will support you to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders across Treasury. As a small agency, you will be exposed to a broad mix of operational tasks that support HR’s deliverables.
Your attention to detail and organisational skills are strengths which support you to meet competing deadlines in a fast paced environment. You will have experience using a HR payroll system and exposure to interpreting legislation.

About the branch
Treasury’s Human Resources branch develops and embeds contemporary people and culture practices and provides payroll and recruitment services for Treasury. HR provides high-level consultancy advice on complex strategic HR issues and partners with stakeholders to deliver a responsive, high quality and seamless service.
Period of Appointment
Fixed term, flexible for 12 months.
Hours per fortnight
Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.
Desirable Requirements
A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
