We are seeking an outgoing, organised and empathetic person, with a strong attention to detail, to join us in this client-facing role. As the first point of contact in reception, you’d be the “face” of the Public Trustee, Hobart
Your new role will primarily be responsible for reception duties, directing all incoming calls and completing administration tasks.
You must be able to work full time, in the office, between the hours of 8.45am – 5.06pm Monday to Friday.

Duties
- Provide a confidential and professional receptionist service in both telephone and face to face settings with clients.
- Carry out clerical tasks supporting the management of client administrations as directed.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
