Customer Service Consultant duties include:
Provide accurate and efficient delivery of a broad range of Government business transactions and information services, including the collection and receipt of monies and the provision of information. As directed by the Workforce Planning Team, this position is required to be available to work at any of the Service Tasmania Service Centres.
Salary Range: $72,605 - $78,481 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream Band 3.

Team Leader duties include:
The Team Leader supports the delivery of services to the Tasmanian community within Service Centres on behalf of Government Agencies through providing support, constructive feedback, guidance, coaching and mentoring of customer service staff, assisting and resolving escalated customer feedback, concerns and issues and supporting staff through change to meet the strategic and business objectives of the organisation.
Salary Range: $80,593 - $92,764 pro rata, Tasmanian State Service Award, General Stream Band 4.
