Ward 3D is a 32-bed general medical ward located on Level 3 of the Launceston General Hospital. Our exceptional staff are committed to treating every patient with respect, patience, and support. The Role:
- Applicants with a minimum of one years’ experience will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts – including weekends and public holidays
- Skilled in maintaining essential ward operations to support patient flow through timely and effective environmental management

Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, shift worker position (set rotational), working 36 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you are able to join our team.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $57,130 to $62,486 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
