As a Program Coordinator you will:
- Use your skills in executive support and office management to assist with the coordination of digital health projects.
- Utilise your flexibility, efficient coordination, organisation, and administrative skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite to set up meetings and provide our project teams with a wide range of information, reports and business support.
- Frequently demonstrate your attention to detail when you support diary management, tracking, governance, record keeping and financial tasks.
- Employ your sound written communication skills to prepare a range of documents, reports and correspondence.
- Thrive on teamwork and regularly demonstrate your capacity to connect and collaborate with colleagues, diverse clients and stakeholders.

You will need:
- Comprehensive knowledge, expertise and understanding of executive support and office management practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated sound understanding of the project lifecycle, including but not limited to, governance structures, risk, issue identification and mitigation and implementation planning.
- Proven experience in supporting projects/programs with delivery into an IT related stream including assisting with the creation of project artefacts like schedules, project registers and status reports.

Details of appointment:
Multiple Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
