The Role
The Business Manager will:
- Provide strategic business expertise and advice to the Chief Executive Hospitals, Clinical Executive Director - Statewide Mental Health Services and senior operational staff, including staff from areas delivering services directly to patients and areas providing support services (i.e. supply).
- Oversee the business requirements of the operational area(s), including budget and financial management, to support the effective use of allocated resources.
You will need:
- Extensive knowledge, skills and experience in a business management, business partnering or business advisory role, preferably within a health context.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in electronic financial and human resource systems, together with skills and experience in developing and preparing integrated business reports.
- High level strategic, conceptual, creative and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise activities and make sound judgements to support organisational objectives and strategies.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 30 April 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Classification:
Salary $107,899 - $122,292 per annum (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility
