The Role
Provide comprehensive case management, consultancy and advisory services to managers and People and Culture staff within the Agency in relation to grievances, complaints, and employee performance management. The Consultant will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective People and Culture resolutions. The Case Management team will work collaboratively with other teams within Workplace Relations to ensure effective and consistent case management service delivery.
In the role of Case Management Consultant - Workplace Relations, you will:
- Provide case management services to manage and resolve employee complaints, grievances, performance and disciplinary matters. When required, represent the Agency in review and investigation proceedings.
- Undertake advanced case management across a range of people management and employee relations issues, to support business objectives and minimise organisational risk.
- Ensure the application of best practice in employee relations, establish, and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders, and undertake client and employee complaint handling functions across the Agency.
- Manage complex enquiries, prepare correspondence, and provide high level advice and input on activities including assisting in the preparation of confidential reports, briefings and recommendations for senior management, the Secretary and/or Minister.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full time, day worker, position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible.
Multiple Fixed term, full time, day worker, position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible for a period of 12 months.

Classification:
Salary $107,899 - $122,292 per annum (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Law or Workplace Relations
- Current Drivers Licence
