Job description:

Provide a high level of administrative and executive support to the Nursing Director and other senior staff within Primary Health North. Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes and background notes to ensure the smooth administrative operations of Primary Health North. Provide support and leadership to Administrative Assistants in the Primary Health Management Office

Primary Health North provides community and hospital-based services in urban and rural areas of Northern Tasmania.  This role requires a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.  As a member of our team you will

The role:

  • Provide a high level of administrative and executive support to the Nursing Director and other senior staff within Primary Health North.
  • Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes and background notes to ensure the smooth administrative operations of Primary Health North.
  • Provide support and leadership to Administrative Assistants in the Primary Health Management Office.

Details of Appointment

Fixed term full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 21 August 2024 until 1 November 2024

*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary: $71,661 - $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
