Job description:

Provide effective and efficient supervision and support to resident students on a day-to-day basis, prioritising the safety, health and wellbeing of students in all work undertaken. The role will provide operational support to student residence facilities, coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and implementing safety protocols as required.

The Team

The Student Residence provides accommodation for students in regional areas who are required to travel over 56km to attend senior secondary school for years 11 and 12. The Student Residence’s provide a supportive and safe environment for young people and are equipped to ensure all students staying within their accommodation services have their wellbeing, safety and welfare prioritised. Student Residence’s employ a multiskilled team of support staff to assist with this and are responsible for the development of students independent and interdependent living skills and wellbeing.

2 x position in Launceston - Newstead College
