Job description:

The CFLC Mentor provides tailored, strengths-based mentoring to support the professional growth and wellbeing of CFLC Centre Leaders. The role fosters a culture of empowerment by inspiring confidence, promoting accountability, and developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, while reducing professional isolation and celebrating individual achievements.

This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities.  Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well and learning.

The child is at the centre of everything we do and the way we do it.

About the Role

Period of Appointment

ASAP for 12 Months

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

up to 73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous tenure as a CFLC Manager
