Job description:
Lead, manage and direct the operations and services of the Systems Support and Delivery team. Manage the implementation and integration of new and existing software applications to support the delivery of Libraries Tasmania services to the community. Provide advice and contribute to the strategic use of library and archival related technology within Libraries Tasmania.
This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well and learning.

Duties
Lead, manage and direct the operations and services of the Systems Support and Delivery team. Manage the implementation and integration of new and existing software applications to support the delivery of Libraries Tasmania services to the community. Provide advice and contribute to the strategic use of library and archival related technology within Libraries Tasmania.
Period of Appointment
Ongoing - ASAP Start Date
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

73.5 hours per fortnight

- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
Desirable Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
