Job description:
Manage agency core inter-agency and agency business systems in accordance with the policies approved by the relevant Management Committees on behalf of their business owners and within the resources provided.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Provide advice on the strategic direction of support business systems to Business owners and relevant Management Committees. Provide input and advice on the development of strategies, procedures and policies within the Branch.
- Manage the teams’ physical and human resources in accordance with Agency principles.
- In consultation with stakeholders, develop system management plans related to budgets for supported business systems. Manage approved plans and budgets for supported business systems.
- Oversee modifications to business systems including the testing and implementation of changes to application software, business procedures, configuration, external interfaces, training and documentation. Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Manage Service Level Agreements and contracts with external suppliers, other Agencies and other areas of this Agency.
- Extract and analyse data to create management reports to meet Business owner requirements and performance reports for senior staff and representational groups.
- Provide advice to management related to opportunities or improvements in the use of systems to meet the needs to Business owners and the Agency.
