Duties
- Provide high-level executive support and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Office of the Child Safety Reform Implementation Monitor (OIM), including management of the Implementation Monitor’s diary; managing emails, correspondence and briefing material; managing incoming calls; travel and function arrangements; and other administrative services to optimise timely and efficient outcomes.
- Prepare and contribute to annual reports, budget, business, and strategic plans, including a range of confidential and sensitive correspondence, briefing notes, minutes and other documents as required to support the OIM.
- Monitor workflow and requests, including the distribution, tracking, filing and security of sometimes complex and specialised information and documents to ensure deadlines and information management standards are met.
- Support the OIM with administrative tasks related to the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation framework.
- Assist with the management of financial and physical resources associated with the functions of the office. Authorise minor purchases on behalf of the Implementation Monitor.
- Prepare and distribute communication material for the OIM, including coordination of internet updates.
- Manage small projects, undertake research and prepare ad hoc reports to support the OIM.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.
