Duties
- Plan, design and manage the delivery of assigned resources to deliver the RWVP system replacement, using appropriate management tools and techniques to ensure milestones are achieved and outcomes delivered as planned in a timely and user-friendly manner.
- Manage the financial, information, human and physical resources of the system replacement project in accordance with Government and Departmental policies, guidelines, and directions.
- Work with stakeholders and end users to successfully implement the new Information Technology (IT) based solution, including key interfaces and data sharing with State and Commonwealth government agencies.
- Manage vendor contracts including procurement and ongoing vendor management to ensure the technical solution/s are delivered to requirements and within expected timeframes.
- Liaise, consult, and communicate at senior management level, working in collaboration with the broader RWVP program team, representing the project with other Agencies, program participants and stakeholders.
- Undertake development and maintenance of project related documentation and reports including procurement documentation, project briefs, project management plans, project status reports and risk/issues registers.
- As a senior member of the RWVP program team, contribute to the development of frameworks and best-practice processes and provide guidance regarding implementation to other staff.
- Perform other duties as envisaged by the assigned classification under the relevant industrial award or agreement and in accordance with the skills, competence, and training of the occupant.

Desirable Requirements
- Relevant tertiary or industry recognised qualifications and expertise in Project Management, combined with 5+ years of experience in roles with similar duties.
- Relevant tertiary or industry recognised qualifications and expertise in IT Service Management and/or Organisational Change Management.
