Taking a person-centred and multidisciplinary approach, the role provides clinical expertise, support, and advice to the multidisciplinary team in the management of clients with complex nursing care needs, including risk screening and assessment of falls, pressure injury, wound management, cognitive impairment, medications, continence, and pain.
