Job description:

Manage the operational delivery of hotel services (food and domestic services, communications, linen services, waste management) across the North West Region in an efficient, effective and economic manner. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with key stakeholder managers and senior staff to ensure the provision of effective, high quality services to patients, staff and general public. Collaborate with Food Service managers Statewide to ensure best business outcomes in all relevant areas of activity.

The Team:

Join Hospitals North West as Regional Manager Hotel Services - this senior leadership role offers the chance to make a significant impact across key patient-facing services at North West Regional and Mersey Community Hospitals.

With a small team of direct reports at each site, you will lead and manage the communication, domestic and food services that underpin effective healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support and coaching on operational and business matters
  • Drive implementation of business systems and process improvements
  • Partner effectively around procurement, contract management, capital and minor works and business planning across our services.

This role would suit an experienced leader seeking to apply their expertise in one or more of our service areas in a healthcare setting. You will work with a committed team who share your passion for delivering timely, safe and high-quality care to our local communities.

Details of appointment:

  • Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as you can join the team!

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:
