Job description:

The Client Services team, based in Hobart's CBD manages the team providing leadership, ensuring that service commitments are consistently delivered. You'll have access to professional development, excellent leave benefits and fitness passport for you and your family.

The Team:

The Client Services Team is the front line of ICT support services to the largest Tasmanian state government agency, the Department of Health. The services provided by the team ensure that the Department's clinical and corporate workforce have reliable ICT solutions available to them to deliver healthcare services to the Tasmanian community.

The Role:

As a member of the Digital Technology Services Group (DTSG) senior management team, the role is to provide executive leadership of the Client Services team to ensure that it consistently delivers on the service commitments it has made with its customers in a manner consistent with the culture, purpose, and values of the DTSG.

You will need:

  • Proven and demonstrable capability in establishing, developing and leading high performing, culturally constructive service delivery teams.
  • Extensive high-level experience in the management of customer focussed ICT Support service.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a management team, manage people and be adaptable and flexible in order to achieve results in an environment of change, ambiguity and pressure.

Details of appointment:

Permanent, full time, day worker with on-call position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: 

$139,470 to $148,863 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
