The Team:
The team is located at the Cambridge Production Centre working with a team of cooks and food service officers, preparing and cooking food for Royal Hobart Hospital patients, visitors and clients. This position supports this team with administrative support.
The Role:
- Provide and maintain a high standard of customer focused clerical, administrative services within the Food Services Department at the Cambridge Production Centre.
- Maintain confidentiality and work according to all Hospital policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure all information management systems are maintained and processes conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines and protocols of the Department.
- Organisation of patient menus ensuring they correspond to the patient diet list.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, shift worker position, working 40 hours per fortnight, Commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:
$66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Successful completion of or a willingness to undertake, a recognised course in, business/office administration
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting
