The Role:
The Domestic Supervisor is responsible for facilitating a high standard of cleanliness across Statewide Mental Health Services in the South. In doing so, the Domestic Supervisor will:
- Supervise and oversee the daily performance of staff engaged on a variety of routine manual and operational cleaning and laundry tasks across various locations of Statewide Mental Health Services in the South, and supports the effective and efficient use of human and physical resources in the delivery of cleaning services.
- Ensure quality control of work in accordance with established procedures, standards and regulations.
You will need:
- High level of skills and knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols applicable to the health environment.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate staff and the expertise to provide on the job training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of priority requirements in cleaning services and the ability to allocate resources, including a high level of skill in operation of equipment associated with cleaning services and products.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 69.92 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:
$73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
