The Role:
Under supervision, and in accordance with Agency policy, legal, regulatory, and funded program requirements, the Health Care Assistant provides high quality care and support to community and/or facility-based clients and assists with a range of daily living activities that a person would normally do for themselves.

Deloraine is located between Launceston and Devonport in the Northern region of Tasmania, with a population 3035 people is located on the picturesque Meander River .
Deloraine is well known for its annual Craft fair, central to the mountains and the sea.
Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 36 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $60,666 to $63,222 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
Allowances:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Regional Allowances
- Remote and Rural Professional Development Allowance of an additional salary allowance of 4%
