The Role:
- Assists residents and patients with a range of daily living activities.
- Delivers high quality care and support to the aged care residents and patients at the Midlands Multi-Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC).
- Ability to readily establish and maintain rapport and effective working relationships with the residents, their families and carers, work colleagues and other health service providers.
- Effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The Team:
- Casual HCA position in a great team at MMPHC Oatlands.
- Caring for 18 residents and 4 patients with the support of nursing staff on all shifts.
- MMPHC is an hour from Hobart in the lovely town of Oatlands.
Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual, shift worker (fully rotational) position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for twelve (12) months.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $60,666 to $63,222 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
25% Casual loading- Equivalent of $38.22 to $39.84 per hour.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
