The Role:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Director – Emergency Department. Provide office management support services to the Director - Emergency Department.
- Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes and background notes to ensure the smooth administrative operations of the Director - Emergency Department.
- Maintain an efficient and effective electronic and physical records management system in line with Agency policies and processes and legislative requirements, including providing support and training to facilitate the transition to an electronic document management environment.
- Ensure quality standards in the provision of executive and administrative support are maintained, including compliance with Agency policies and procedures.
- Assist with and coordinate financial and physical resources associated with the functions of the Director - Emergency Department.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part time, day worker, working 68 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
