The role:
- Provide an efficient, personal and friendly reception service for clients and staff at BreastScreen Tasmania Screening and Assessment Clinics.
- Book clients for screening mammogram appointments in a busy call centre environment.
- Interpret BreastScreen Tasmania policies and refer to them when answering general enquiries or responding to client requests for information.
- Maintain medical records, which includes entering client information, symptoms and family history into the electronic client information system and assigning client screening profiles accordingly.
- Process and distribute digital and analogue radiographic images for reading by Radiologists.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, part time, day worker position working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for 12 months.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Location: Hobart, Tasmania
Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
