Job description:

Provide administrative support in the coordination and efficient operation of the Hospitals North Staff Health Program.

The role:

  • Provide administrative support in the coordination and efficient operation of the Hospitals North Staff Health Program.
  • Accurately enter and collate manual and computerised patient information system data.
  • Perform duties in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures relating to clinical, financial, administrative and infection prevention and control requirements for the setting in which work is being performed.

The team:

  • The Staff Health Unit is a dynamic team consisting of administration and nursing roles. 
  • The team is responsible for the staff health program across Hospitals North.
  • The Staff Health team are part of the broader Hospitals North Infection Prevention and Control Unit and are based out of the Launceston General Hospital.

Details of Appointment

Permanent, part time, day worker position working 48 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as soon as able.

*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

  • Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.

Salary: $64,125 - $68,925 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
