The Team Leader - Communications:
Is the key resource to managers and employees in the provision of telecommunication services, online directory and reception services for the Launceston General Hospital (LGH) precinct. Provides support to staff and stakeholders regarding voice over internet protocol (VOIP) hardware, faults, new services, packages, adds moves and changes throughout the LGH precinct. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with Managers and staff at all levels to ensure the provision of effective, high quality services to patients, staff and the general public. Supervises communications staff, including coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring duties are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
Ensures that service delivery standards, objectives and strategies are understood, implemented and maintained.
