About the role
You will
- Management of electronic diaries,
- Organisation and scheduling of meetings/appointments,
- Effective management and actioning of emails
- Coordinate travel arrangements for personnel, including flights, accommodation, and hire vehicles.
Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight
Period of appointment
This role will be a fixed term appointment until 30/09/2028.
Pre-employment checks
Desirable requirements
- Knowledge and experience consistent with qualifications recognised at Certificate 3 and 4 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Content Manager and Technology One applications would be advantageous
