PAHSMA is responsible for conserving, managing, and presenting the heritage value of our sites, while also ensuring that our operations are supported by efficient and professional business practices. In addition to engaging external specialists where required, we directly employ a skilled Corporate Services team to support our day-to-day functions. If you are highly organised, have a strong eye for detail, and bring experience in HR & payroll, finance & accounting, IT & digital, administration & corporate support, we encourage you to lodge an application to join one of our team’s.

Our Corporate Services staff play a key role in maintaining the internal operations that enable our conservation, heritage and tourism operations to thrive. Roles within these teams may include:

Finance Officer & Accounts Payable/receivable

Salary Range: $69,593 to $74,837 per annum – Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority Award, General Stream Band 2.

Assistant Accountant

Salary Range: $86,325 to 99,237 per annum – Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority Award, General Stream Band 4.

General Administration

Salary Range: $55,616 to $99,237 per annum – Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority Award, General Stream Band (1-4)

Essential Requirements

  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Some position may require formal qualifications, licences, registrations, etc.
  • Some positions may require a pre-employment medical assessment
