Who are we looking for?
Applications are invited from Allied Health Professionals in Training who are interested in being considered for fixed‑term full‑time, part‑time or casual employment for periods of up to 12 months.
Employment of Allied Health Professionals in Training is for students in their final years of a tertiary qualification or program of study who are registered as a student with the relevant National Board or, professional association.
These opportunities span hospital services, community health, and statewide mental health services, offering flexibility, career development, and exposure to diverse clinical settings.
Professional groups covered by this register Applications are welcome from Allied Health Professionals within the following disciplines:

- Dietitian
- Medical Scientist
- Occupational Therapist
- Orthotist/Prosthetist
- Pharmacist Physiotherapist
- Podiatrist
- Radiographer
- Social Worker
- Speech Pathologist
Other Allied Health professional groups (as applicable) If your profession aligns with Allied Health practice and you hold appropriate registration or accreditation; you are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $67,162 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Agreement Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
Eligibility:
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.
- Currently enrolled in the final year of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board as a student or, in the case of self-regulated allied health professions, eligible for student membership with the relevant professional association.
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Current Driver’s Licence
