Who are we looking for?
We are seeking experienced and skilled administration staff who can deliver efficient administrative and/or reception services.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
- Provide high-quality administrative and customer-facing support
- Utilise a range of software applications and office equipment effectively
- Work in accordance with established Agency policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Vacancies may arise across the following roles:
- Appointment Scheduler
- Client/Customer Service Officer
- Communication/Switchboard Operator
- Administrative Assistant

Salary: $67,162 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
