Who are we looking for?

We are seeking experienced and skilled administration staff who can deliver efficient administrative and/or reception services.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

• Provide high-quality administrative and customer-facing support
• Utilise a range of software applications and office equipment effectively
• Work in accordance with established Agency policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Vacancies may arise across the following roles:

• Appointment Scheduler
• Client/Customer Service Officer
• Communication/Switchboard Operator
• Administrative Assistant

Salary: $67,162 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
